EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the tube due to operation both in gas-filled high-pressure lines and in lines with a liquid dielectric, the possibility of providing frequency generation of electron and X-ray beams of subnanosecond duration with minimal distortion, and also increasing reliability and resource.
