SUBSTANCE: intervertebral implant for mutual placement of adjacent vertebrae, which includes a drive mechanism arranged in the lid with a wall and provided with at least one opening in the lid wall for manipulation. The lid is further provided with at least one open socket. The drive mechanism comprises at least one rotary element with an axis which is located in the slot and is capable of axial rotation. The rotary element is provided with anchor latches or anchor latches groups protruding above the lid wall, so that the vertebrae are shifted relative to each other at rotary element movement. Anchor latches or anchor latches groups are located in parallel to the rotary element axis. The rotary element cooperates with at least one connecting element located within the boundaries of the opening in the lid wall for manipulation. The implant is provided with at least one locking mechanism to block drive mechanism rotation.

EFFECT: invention provides adjacent vertebrae displacement relative to each other in coronal or sagittal planes for more effective treatment of spinal dysfunctions, especially spondylolisthesis, solution of the problem of displaceable vertebrae position maintaining relative to each other, and limitation to the minimum number of tools or components used for treatment of these dysfunctions.
