FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Spinal intervertebral implant is designed as a shaped body with the first support side, the second support side located opposite the first support side, a front portion, a rear portion, a concave side and a convex side. The concave side and the convex side are connected to the support sides and to the front portion and the rear portion. Each first support side and second support side are provided with at least two projections for vertebral body wall penetration, provided with openings for bone tissue and a hole with an element for interaction with the installation tool. Projections are formed by elongated sliding guide runners which diverge from the concave side of the housing towards the convex side of the housing. The sliding guide runners are curved so that they pass from the concave side of the housing towards the rear of the housing in addition to being directed to the convex side of the housing. Sliding guide rails are provided with a smooth surface facing the convex side of the housing, and a rough surface facing the concave side of the housing.
EFFECT: invention provides an opportunity of landing correction after implant installation maintaining the desired spine stabilization.
