FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: axial flow control valve comprises a housing, inlet and outlet flanges, a flow divider, designed as a perforated hollow cylinder. An inlet pipe is connected to the annular chamber. The flow divider is placed coaxially in each other perforated inserts, which are glasses with a rigidly attached to the end surfaces of the ring plates. Outer glass and connected thereto annular plate pivotally mounted relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. Holes are made in the annular circular plates in rows, the distance between them increases from the center to the periphery of the plate. Axis holes are inclined to the longitudinal axis of the valve at an acute angle. Openings in the side surfaces of the cup have a spiral with a variable pitch, and axle holes have a variable angle of inclination to the axis of the cup, by widening outlet to the annular plates. The annular chamber in the zone of installation of annular plates positioned fairing. On the internal volume of the inner cup, the guiding means are set.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, improving reliability in operation.
