FIELD: valve building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is intended to control the flow of liquids and gases. The control valve comprises outer and inner casings, inlet and outlet pipes with flanges, coaxially mounted cylindrical flow dividers and a locking device equipped with a drive, holes in the flow divider are arranged in annular rows, plates are installed on the inner surface of the locking device. The locking device has holes arranged in annular rows, and the distance between the rows of holes is at least twice the diameter of the holes. The plates are made in the form of right-angled triangles installed in the meridional planes of the locking device between the holes, and are attached by a large leg to its inner side surface, and by a smaller leg to its bottom, located from the side of the inner body. A stepped rod is attached to the central part of the bottom, having a middle thinned part, in the zone of which a gear rim is made, contacting with the gear rim of the drive shaft located in its lower part.
EFFECT: proposed design of the control valve allows for a high speed of opening - closing, as well as the speed of flow control.
