FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: axial-type control valve comprises a body, inlet and outlet channels with flanges, a flow divider made in the form of a hollow perforated cylinder, the inlet branch pipe is connected to the annular chamber, and the flow divider is coaxially arranged in each other perforated inserts, which are cups with annular plates rigidly attached to their end surfaces. Note here that said outer barrel and annular plate coupled therewith can turn about body lengthwise axis. Holes in the annular plates are made in circular rows, the distances between which increase from the periphery of the plate to the center, axes of holes are inclined to longitudinal axis of valve at acute angle, and holes in side surfaces of cups are arranged along spiral with variable pitch, wherein the axes of the holes have a variable angle of inclination to the axis of the sleeves, increasing from the outlet nozzle to the annular plates, in the outlet branch pipe an additional flow divider is installed, which is a hollow perforated cone with round holes, the top of which is rounded and directed towards the inlet branch pipe, and on the outer surface, between the holes, there are ribs.
EFFECT: proposed design of axial-type control valve allows almost complete elimination of cavitation.
