FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to valve industry, in particular to axial flow control valves. Control valve comprises a housing, inlet and outlet channels with flanges, a flow divider made in the form of a hollow perforated cylinder, the inlet branch pipe is connected to an annular chamber. Flow divider represents coaxially arranged perforated inserts representing cups with annular plates rigidly attached to their end surfaces. Outer cup and annular plate connected to it are installed with possibility of rotation relative to longitudinal axis of housing. Holes in the annular plates are made in circular rows, the distances between which increase from the periphery of the plate to the centre. In the annular chamber in the installation zone of the annular plates there is a fairing. Guide device is installed in the inner volume of the inner cup. Lever is made to turn the external cup and the annular plate connected to it. In the inlet branch pipe there are z-shaped elements of square cross section, at that adjacent elements are turned relative to each other by 90 degrees, and to their central parts there are annular diffusers attached.
EFFECT: proposed design of control valve allows almost complete elimination of cavitation.
