FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: biological fluid is treated with an alternating magnetic field. To this end, an aqueous biological solution containing macromolecules of proteins is prepared and subjected to a magnetic field. In this use an alternating magnetic field with a frequency of 1-30 Hz and an intensity in the range of from 5 to 50 A/m. Thereafter recorded emission spectrum of a biological fluid fluorescence in the range of from 290 to 500 nm at an excitation wavelength of 295 nm, finding the magnitude of fluorescence intensity in the spectral peak, this data is plotted quantity of biological fluid in fluorescence intensity of the magnetic field frequency and on this schedule detected field frequency magnetic fields with maximum values of the fluorescence intensity and the area of the magnetic field frequencies with minimum values of fluorescence intensity. Then, depending on the task, the activation or suppression of biological processes is selected.
EFFECT: use of the proposed method will allow to accurately determine the dependencies of physical characteristics of biological fluids or aqueous extract of a biological object from changes in the intensity and frequency of an alternating magnetic field by changing their own or induced fluorescence.
