FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention "Optical sensor for quenching the fluorescence of optically active amino acids of platelets" and the method for obtaining it relates to the field of physics, namely to optics, and is a device - an optical sensor based on the fluorescence quenching effect and used to analyze the amino acid composition of platelets. The sensor is capable of detecting fluorescence quenching of highly fluorescent compounds up to 34% of the base intensity. The sensor includes a colloidal solution of platinum nanoparticles ablated in ultrapure water, which are mixed with platelet mass for subsequent spectral and time-resolved detection using a spectrofluorimeter. The invention can be used in physics, biophysics, medicine.
