FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: extruder consists of a loading hopper 1, a hollow housing 2 with the profiled inner surface 3 equipped with helical corrugations made in the direction opposite to the screw rotation. A cone-shaped screw 4 is disposed in the housing 2, which has the mixing zone I and the barothermic material treatment II zone. The screw winding coils have semicircular cutouts 5 in the mixing zone I. At the unloading screw end, a conical die 6 is made, the surface of which is equipped with evenly spaced cone-shaped openings 7 for the finished product output.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to reduce the energy consumption of the extrusion process and to improve the quality of grinding fodders.
