FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Method for assessing the risk of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is proposed. Level of mRNA expression of human genes MKI67, CDKN2A, CCNB1, BIRC5, AURKA, ESR1, PGR, BCL2, BAX, BAG1, NDRG1, PTEN, CD68, SCUBE, PTGS2 is measured in the samples from the lesions. Values obtained during the reaction are substituted into the formula. If the value of p is less than or equal to the threshold value (p≤cut-off), conclude that there is no risk of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. If the value of p>cut-off, make a conclusion about the high risk of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
EFFECT: invention allows to assess the risk of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and subsequent malignancy.
