SUBSTANCE: invention can find its application in processes for determining the effective ionization potential and the effective electron affinity of multicomponent aromatic condensed media (organic semiconductors based on aromatic hydrocarbons and mixtures thereof, petroleum resins, pyrolysis, coal tar, high-boiling petroleum fractions, light and heavy gas oils, catalytic cracking asphalt-free oil, solvent-refined extracts of oil fractions, asphaltic materials, bituminous materials, distillation residues of oil refining processes). The effective ionization potential and electron affinity are defined according to the blue coordinate BsRGB, defined in the colorimetric coordinate system sRGB according to the solution photo image of the multicomponent condensed media, which is detected by the fluorescent radiation source. Herewith an effective increase is achieved in the determination rate of the effective ionization potential (EIP) and the effective electron affinity (EEA), which exceeds the change time in the physical material structure and its chemical composition.
