FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing a sample of crude vegetable oil containing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), comprising deodorizing the sample of crude oil for obtaining deodorized oil at a temperature of 200 to 220 °C not less than 90 minutes, wherein the DHA amount in the crude oil sample, is substantially preserved in the deodorized oil.
EFFECT: invention provides to obtain recycled vegetable oil in which docosahexaenoic acid is preserved.
