FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to device for remodelling the integrity of gastro-intestinal tract. Device contains a bougie. Bougie is made with side holes and coaxially installed at the distal end cylinder 1.5-2.5 cm in thick and 5-6 cm in length made from expanded material with pore size of 150 to 199 μm. Bougie cavity is pneumatically coupled to a vacuum source. On the part of the bougie, immersed in expanded system, in every 1.5-2 cm formed side holes with dimensions of 0.25-0.3 of area of the bougie.
EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in traumatism and an increase in service reliability during ental active drain of fistulas and inosculations.
