SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new compounds of formula Ia or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, having the properties of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (CDK). The compounds can be used to treat diseases or disorders mediated by CDK, such as a malignant tumor. In the formula
