FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition for foam production contains hydrohaloolefin-based blowing representing 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1233zd), one or more polyols, one or more surfactants and a catalyst system. The catalyst system comprises at least one precipitation-resistant metal-based catalyst and at least one amine catalyst. The precipitation-resistant metal catalyst comprises at least the first precipitation-resistant catalyst based on the first metal and at least the second precipitation-resistant catalyst based on the second metal, where the precipitation-resistant metal-based catalysts include: a) a metal selected from the group consisting of zinc, lithium, sodium, magnesium, barium, potassium, calcium, bismuth, cadmium, aluminium, zirconium, tin or hafnium, titanium, lanthanum, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, tellurium, molybdenum, tungsten, or cesium and b) in combination and/or composition with an aliphatic carboxylate. Polyurethane and polyisocyanurate closed-cell foams are disclosed as well.
EFFECT: fine uniform cell structure and little or no foam falling off.
