SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a premixed polyol composition for the formation of foam, in particular for the production of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foams with closed cells. At the same time, the premixed polyol composition contains: a) a purge agent based on hydrohaloolefin selected from a group consisting of trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluorpropen (trans-1234ze) and trans-1-chlor-3,3,3-trifluorpropen (trans-1233zd) and combinations thereof, b) one or several polyols, c) one or several silicone surfactants, and d) a catalytic system including precipitation-resistant catalyst based on bismuth carboxylate. In this case, the purge agent is present in the amount from 1 wt. % to about 30 wt. % of the composition, and catalyst is present in the premixed polyol composition in the amount from about 0.001 wt. % to about 5.0 wt. % by weight of the premixed polyol composition, while the composition contains water in the amount of at least 1.5 pphp by weight.

EFFECT: ensuring the stability of the premixed polyol composition during long-term storage in the presence of water in the polyol composition in the amount of at least 1.5 pphp by weight.
