SUBSTANCE: device for temporary stop of bleeding includes a clip, a retainer and a stylet. The stylet is made with an emphasis on the proximal part and a projection of the oval shape, which is located on the border of the body, with a cross section in the form of a circle. On the proximal part of the stylet with a cross-section in the form of a rectangle is placed a carriage with a spring rigidly fixed to it. The carriage is combined with a clamp that looks like an elastic plate with an elastic tube on it. At the free end of the clamp, a retainer is placed to secure it to the pointed distal part of the stylet.

EFFECT: possibility of clamping the blood vessel while maintaining the collateral circulation of the distal limb.
