FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for isolating of an antiligand which is an antibody or antigen-binding version thereof, a derivative or fragment, a framework molecule with engineered variable surfaces; receptor or enzyme, to a differentially expressed target ligand. The presented method includes the following stages: (a) differential biopanning on a antiligands library in order to isolate at least one antiligand; (b) high-throughput sequencing on the antiligands isolated at stage (a), and (c) confirmatory screening for antiligand specificity for the differentially expressed ligand.
EFFECT: invention allows screening of antiligands libraries to identify antiligands specific for differentially or rarely expressed ligands.
