FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: when detecting myocardial "muscle bridge" with artery compression in systole in the artery distal portion, coronary wire is led along catheter into compression space of tunneled segment. Then, a balloon for a balloon angioplasty is put into artery opening through the wire. The balloon is inflated with a syringe-medfluator until the artery compression level disappears at angiography, this pressure will be the myocardial "muscle bridge" pressure force in the atmospheres.

EFFECT: method enables to increase the accuracy of determination of the muscular bridge pressure force on the tunneled artery segment.
