FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient undergoes coronary angiography with contrasting coronary sinus. In the case of delayed evacuation of the contrast for 6 or more cardiocycles, the patient is given a squamous Novocain blockade, after 5 minutes, the patient is re-coronarography. If the evacuation of contrast was reduced after a novocaine blockade to 3-4 cardiocycles, this is assessed as a vasospastic vascular endothelial response to intervention and predicts a low risk of occlusion of stents and aortocoronary shunts. If, after the blockade, the evacuation of the contrast has remained at the same level, it is estimated as atherosclerosis of the distal vessels and a weak perceptible peripheral channel and predict a high risk of early occlusion of stents and aortocoronary shunts.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of the forecast due to differential diagnostics of the peripheral coronary bed.
