SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. First, coronary angiography is performed. When the muscular bridge in the anterior descending artery, narrowing the lumen of the vessel by more than 60 %, is detected, the force of the muscle bridge pressure is measured on the coronary artery and compared with the radial stiffness of the stents. For installation, a stent with a radial stiffness value that exceeds the value of the muscular bridge pressure is selected.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of intra- and postoperative complications.
