METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE IMPACT OF MUSCLE BRIDGE COMPRESSION ON THE CLINICAL MANIFESTATION OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/215

Abstract RU 2755391 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery and cardiology. Coronary angiography is performed, wherein the level of systolic compression and the pressure strength of the muscle bridge are estimated. At a level of systolic compression of more than 50% and a compression strength of more than 0.010 n/mm, the patient is injected with atropine sulphate 1% in an amount of 1.0 ml, followed by assessing the condition of the patient. And in the presence of pain behind the sternum, depression or elevation of a ST segment according to the electrocardiogram, the muscle bridge is determined to be a clinically significant cause of IHD in the patient.

EFFECT: provides a possibility to increase the accuracy of diagnostics by estimation of the significance of muscle bridge compression on the course of angina pectoris.
