FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gear reducer contains a closed case made of diamagnetic material, in whose mounting holes, with rolling bearings of ferromagnetic material, shafts with gear wheels fixed to them are mounted and in which a magnetically active powdered lubricant is activated by a magnetic field. Planting holes from inside the body are covered with disk plates made of diamagnetic material, fixed motionless on the body. A through hole is provided at the center of each disc lining for free rotation of the shaft relative to this lining. The outer diameter of each disc lining is larger than the diameter of the seating hole on the inside of the casing overlapped by this patch.

EFFECT: improves the lubrication quality of the gear unit.
