SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid photosensitive devices for detecting radiation of low intensity. Achieved technical result consists in fact, that high-voltage hybrid photosensitive device for detecting low-intensity radiation has series-arranged in vacuum case photocathode, conducting lattice made of material with low coefficient of secondary emission, electron-sensitive imaging array, as well as power supply unit, located outside vacuum case, for voltage supply to photocathode, lattice and matrix, providing supply of AC voltage of opposite polarities between photocathode and lattice for locking and unlocking of photocathode.

EFFECT: provision of functions of hybrid photosensitive device strobing at high voltages.
