FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: butteris contains a handle and a blade cross-oriented relative to the handle, with a variable cross section increasing with the distance from the cutting edge. The handle is made in the form of a hollow circular cylinder with internal thread along the edges, and has a through threaded opening in the lateral surface from one end. The blade is made integral with a neck and a shank, and has the shape of a concave part of a spoon. Between the neck and the shank, the shank entry limiter is located. The lower blade surface is smoothly coupled with the heel projecting beyond the bottom surface of the knife. The cutting edge of the blade has a convex-concave shape, the cutting edge being made concave towards the longitudinal symmetry axis of the blade and concave along the edges of the cutting edge. The convex shape along the edges of the cutting edge of the blade allows the knife to be used as a surgical instrument for removing superficial and deep-lying necrotic tissues.
EFFECT: convenience when working with animals.
