FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: with the help of a small boat, coast anchors and hand winches for shuga rejectors are installed. Shuga rejectors are made in the form of a float consisting of a hermetically sealed metal pipe, fastening loops installed at the ends of the float, a guide tray welded to the float, a specified height deterrent grid, reinforced at the edges by a contour strip and welded along the entire width to the bottom generatrix of the float, a ballast, welded together with a deterrent grid and contour stripes. The angle of shuga rejector installation is determined depending on the river flow speed and the height of the deterrent grid of the shuga rejector. Shuga rejectors are installed at a chosen angle in relation to the direction of the river flow with the help of coast anchors and cables. The number of shuga rejectors is determined depending on the width of the river, taking into account the overlap, ensuring full shuga retention and its concentration before the excavator installation site. The cables from the shuga rejectors to the hand winches are fixed and constant tension control of the cables is carried out. A continuous collection of shuga from the water surface is made by an excavator. The excavator is installed near the shuga rejector, behind which oil booms are installed. With the help of a small boat, shore anchors, bottom anchors and hand winches for oil booms are installed. The shore oil booms are deployed and anchored on the side of the shore, where oil spills will be pumped out. Oil booms are installed in the riverbed with shore anchors and cables. The distance from the first line of oil booms and the last shuga rejector should be at least 50 meters. The cables from the oil booms to the hand winches are fixed and constant tension control of the cables is carried out. With the help of oil gathering equipment, oil is collected in a tank for temporary storage of oil. The tank for temporary storage is released from oil by means of a tank truck for oil condensate collection and the oil is delivered to the place of its permanent storage.
EFFECT: localization and liquidation of accidental oil spills on the rivers during the shuga-drift are provided.
