FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid atomizer comprises a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle in which throttling openings are provided. The hollow casing consists of a cylindrical part with external thread for connection to a distribution pipeline union and two hollow cylindrical-conical collars sequentially connected and coaxial to it. Coaxial to the body, in its lower part, the nozzle, which is at the bottom of the glass, which are made of vertical and inclined throttle holes at an angle of 45° to the axis of the nozzle. A number of radial holes, axes, which lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the shell, are made in the cylindrical shell belt. The body and nozzle form among themselves several coaxial internal chambers: cylindrical and located between them, a conical chamber. One of the cameras is used to supply fluid spray, and conical and cylindrical chambers are the expansion chambers. In the central part of the nozzle, a tube for supplying air (gas) is coaxially attached to it, to one end of which, in its lower part, a hollow disk with a perforation facing the outlet cross-sections of the throttle openings of the nozzle is fixed.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spray.
