FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer comprises a hollow cylindrical housing connected to a nozzle in which orifices are provided; the hollow housing consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the branching of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid, and two hollow cylinder-conic belts connected in series and coaxial with it, and a nozzle is formed coaxially to the housing, in its lower part, made in the form of a glass, in the bottom of which vertical and inclined orifices are made at an angle of 45° to the axis of the nozzle, and in the cylindrical belt of the housing at least one row of radial holes is provided, the axes of which lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing, wherein the number of holes in each row is at least three, wherein the housing and the nozzle form several coaxial internal chambers: cylindrical and conical chamber located between them, wherein one of the cylindrical chambers is intended for supplying the atomized liquid, and the conical chamber and the cylindrical chamber are the expansion chambers, and in the central part of the nozzle a tube for supplying air (gas) is fixed coaxially to it, to one end of which, in its lower part, a hollow disk with a perforation facing the outlet cross-sections of the nozzle orifices is fixed.
EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
