SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Acoustic atomizer comprises the hollow cylindrical housing connected to the nozzle, in which throttling openings are made, hollow housing consists of cylindrical part with outer thread for connection to the distribution pipeline union for the liquid supply and two in-series connected and coaxial to it hollow cylindrical and conical belts, and coaxially to the housing, in its lower part nozzle is fixed, made in the form of cup, in which bottom vertical and inclined throttling holes are made at an angle of 45° to the nozzle axis, and in the housing cylindrical belt at least one row of radial holes is made, which axes lie in the perpendicular to the housing axis plane, at that, the number of holes in each row is equal to at least three, at that, among themselves the housing and nozzle form the several coaxial inner chambers: cylindrical ones and located between them conical chamber, wherein one of the cylindrical chambers serves to supply the liquid to be sprayed, and the conical and cylindrical chambers are expansion chambers, and in the nozzle central part, coaxially to it the air (gas) supplying tube is fixed, to one end of which, in its lower part, hollow disk with perforation is fixed, facing the nozzle throttle openings outlet cross-sections, at that, the perforation in the hollow disk is made in the form of formed by the located inside the hollow disk Archimedes spiral helical groove facing towards the nozzle throttle openings outlet cross-sections, and to the hollow cylindrical conical belt end part, axially symmetric to the air supply tube, to one end of which, in its lower part, hollow disk with perforation in the form of helical groove is fixed, made by the Archimedes spiral and facing towards the nozzle throttle openings outlet cross-sections, a diffuser is attached, and to the hollow disk solid part a hollow conical fairing is attached, at that, its vertex lies in the diffuser cutoff plane with the output cavities formation, formed by the diffuser inner surface and the fairing outer surface. According to the invention, to the hollow disk solid part to which the hollow conical fairing is attached, coaxially to the air supply tube, a resonant bushing is fixed, and perpendicular to its axis, opposite to each other, to the of the conical fairing conical surface, two resonator bushings are fixed, at that, the resonator bushings total flow area is equal to the Helmholtz resonator equivalent flow area, formed by the hollow conical fairing volume and resonator bushings, tuned to the pneumatic sprayer acoustic head desired resonant frequency.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomization.
