FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prosthetic dentistry and is intended for production of clasp dental prostheses with titanium basis. The clasp dental prosthesis fabrication method involves creation of a 3D computer model of the clasp with development of its structure, at that, three control programs are generated - for base treatment, to filler layer formation and for prosthesis dentition processing dentition. Programs are used sequentially: the base is originally manufactured from sheet material by punching on a flexible matrix, for which the punch working surface is pretreated accordingto the first program, then a layer of working material is welded to the obtained base edge portion to form the dentition using the second program, then the final processing of the workpiece is performed based on the computer 3D-model produce according to the third control program.
EFFECT: invention can reduce labor intensity and improve technical and economic parameters of the prosthesis manufacturing technology.
