SUBSTANCE: cardiorespiratory test (CRT) with analysis of the venous blood gas composition is performed, during which the physiological step of lactate threshold determination is detected individually for each patient by a sharp increase in the blood lactate level at gradually increasing physical activity, walking speed at the lactate threshold is determined on the treadmill, and based on the result obtained an individualized program of rehabilitation mode is developed, providing training walking for 40-60 minutes a day during 18 weeks at the speed at the lactate threshold level. Each month, control CRT is performed, after which the physical rehabilitation program is corrected in accordance with the patient's condition.

EFFECT: method allows to increase physical rehabilitation efficiency by increasing the accuracy of individualized definition of the biological reserves of body adaptation to physical activity.
