FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator consists of case with rotor installed in it. A vibrating multi-stepped case is fixed under an upper horizontal disk on one axis with a loading device. A multi-stepped rotor with impact bars is rigidly mounted on a lower horizontal disk on one axis with the multi-stepped case. Each case step in the horizontal cross-section is made in form of spiral segments in four circle sectors. The radius of curvature of spiral segments is increased in each segment along the casing rotation. Minimal and maximal gap between the internal surface of the multi-step case and the multistage rotor diameter describable by the impact beats is equal to dmax and 2-3 dmax, where dmax is the maximal size of particles of the material being crushed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding process.
