SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for neonatal fetal hypoxia diagnostic, comprising determination of lactate concentration in the amniotic fluid, characterized by taking the amniotic fluid sample in the first stage of labour by vaginal amniotomy when the cervix is opened by 4-5 cm , by means of a needle for posterior vaginal fornix puncture, the lactate concentration in the amniotic fluid is determined by the enzymatic colorimetric method and at the lactate concentration in the amniotic fluid of less than 5.0 mmol/l or more than 9.5 mmol/l neonatal fetal hypoxia is diagnosed.

EFFECT: reduced time of neonatal fetal hypoxia diagnosis with high sensitivity and specificity.
