FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: eye bottom of patients with an eye trauma is scanned by infrared laser radiation with a scanning laser ophthalmoscope in a retro mode. When the pathological granularity is recorded equal to or less than five diameters of the optic nerve disk, the average severity of lesions is diagnosed. At registration of pathological granularity the area of more than five diameters of the optic nerve disk is diagnosed with severe damage.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy, specificity of the study due to the objectification of processes on the fundus.
