FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: image forming system includes a plurality of coil channel receivers and one or more processors or modules. The plurality of coil channel receivers is demodulated by the magnetic resonance data from the multichannel coil, which includes a plurality of spatially separate coil elements, wherein each element passes the magnetic resonance data on the corresponding channel. One or more processors or modules are adapted to detect artifacts in the magnetic resonance data on each channel separately. One or more processors or modules are further adapted to select the magnetic resonance data from the channels, that include artifacts discovered at the threshold artifact level or lower, and to reconstruct one or more images by using the selected magnetic resonance data.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the received image by the improved per-channel saturation decrease of the artifacts.
