FIELD: MEDICINE.
SUBSTANCE: INVENTION CAN BE USED FOR SUPPRESSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE OF A MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING SYSTEM. ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION CONSISTS IN THAT OBTAINING MAGNETIC RESONANCE (MR) DATA, INCLUDING A COMPONENT OF RF-NOISE, USING A RECEIVING ANTENNA, OBTAINING DATA OF RF-NOISE INDICATING ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE OF THE MRI SYSTEM, CALCULATING A COMPENSATION COEFFICIENT BASED ON THE RF NOISE DATA AND A PORTION OF THE MR DATA LIMITED BY THE PERIPHERAL PORTION OF THE K-SPACE STORING THE MR DATA, ESTIMATING THE RF NOISE COMPONENT IN THE MR DATA AS THE PRODUCT OF THE RF NOISE DATA AND THE CALCULATED COMPENSATION COEFFICIENT AND GENERATING THE CORRECTED MR DATA BY SUBTRACTING THE ESTIMATED RF NOISE COMPONENT FROM THE MR DATA.
EFFECT: TECHNICAL RESULT IS ENABLING SUPPRESSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE OF A MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) SYSTEM, WHICH INCLUDES A RECEIVING ANTENNA.
