SUBSTANCE: X-ray device uses the material tape for electric charge exchange by the tribocharging mechanism within the chamber maintained at the low fluid pressure. This charge is used to generate X-rays within the housing, which can pass through the housing window. Different contact pins can be used as a member for the tribocharging process.
EFFECT: simplifying the generation of X-rays.
