SUBSTANCE: time series of the total electronic content obtained with the help of two-frequency receivers of global navigation satellite systems GLONASS/GPS are subjected to filtration to identify perturbations of the total electronic content caused by the launch of the spacecraft; the signals obtained after filtering are compared with the behavior of the total electronic content on the previous day, for the disturbance caused by the launch, a signal is received that exceeds the level of background fluctuations of the total electronic content and is absent on the control day preceding; further, the shape of the isolated perturbation is analyzed, and in the case where the perturbation is in the form of a wave packet, the explosive nature of the ionospheric disturbances caused by the launch of the spacecraft is determined.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining the shape of the selected pertrubation.
