FIELD: blasting work.

SUBSTANCE: four support bars are fully-fixed in the explosive object coating in the blast resistant panel, which is composed of the metal armored frame with the metal armored plating and the filler - lead, and of four immovable branch pipes-supports in the flat ends. These support bars are telescope introduced into the immovable branch pipes-supports of the panel. The filler is made in the form of the air-lead dispersion system. The lead is made in the shape of grit, and on the outside of the support bars, there are elastic-damping elements, one end of which bumps into the armored metal-coating, and the other - into the support sheets that are placed at the top of the support bars. The elastic-damping elements are in the form of cylindrical springs, each of which consists of two parts with counter-directed ends, one part of which has turns of rectangular cross-section, and the other part of the spring is hollow, the counter-directed end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second one, gaps of the segment profile of the contacting parts of the spring are filled with antifriction lubricant. A sealing cup is mounted on the spring second part end for lubricant leakage prevention, and a tube made of damping material, for example, polyurethane encircles the spring first part, which is implemented with rectangular cross-section turns with rounded edges. The clearances of the spiral spring first part, made with rectangular cross-section turns and encircled with the tube made of damping material, are filled with the friction material crumb of certain composition.

EFFECT: increased reliability of explosion proof devices operation in case of crash explosion on site and guarantee of structures return to normal position after explosion.
