FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: ingot is obtained from an alloy containing, wt %: Ni 31-35, Ti 0.05-0.3, V 0.1-0.4; W 1-3, impurities - not more than: O 0.08, N 0.04, Si 0.1, Al 0.06, Fe 0.5, Σ(Al+Si) - 0.2, Cr - the rest, the ingot is subjected to homogenizing annealing by heating to a temperature of 1100-1200°C in a vacuum oven at a pressure of 0.1-1.0 Pa, holding and cooling to the shop temperature. The resulting billet is subjected to single or multiple operations in the following sequence: mechanical treatment, placing it in a capsule, degassing the capsule by vacuum treatment, sealing the capsule, heating the capsule with the billet in a furnace with a protective atmosphere to a temperature of 1150-1250°C, pressing the capsule with a billet with an extractive coefficient of 1.7-9.5 and a degree of deformation of 40-90% to obtain a rod of the given size. The capsule is made of structural steel, the yield point of which is 1.5-2 times less than the yield strength of the alloy.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the rod, reducing the surface roughness and grinding the structure.
