FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in metal-working industry. To ensure the specified mechanical properties, homogenizing annealing of the cast is performed at temperature of 1,210±10 °C for leveling chemical composition by volume of ingot (elimination of segregation), plastic deformation is performed by pressing at temperature of 1,210±10 °C to required size, annealed at temperature 900 °C for 16 hours to reduce hardness and thereby improve machinability cutting is carried out mechanical treatment to obtain the required shape and dimensions of the article and hardening treatment, including tempering from temperature 1,230–1,270 °C and tempering with provision of high mechanical properties of article from alloy H65NVFT – hardness 45–50 HRC, ultimate strength 1,490–1,500 MPa and relative elongation of not less than 12 %.
EFFECT: article is used as forming tool.
