SUBSTANCE: aqueous extract of polysaccharides is obtained by extraction under the influence of mechanical oscillations with the frequency of 10-20 Hz and the amplitude of 3-6 mm within 14-16 minutes. The extract is then cleaned and dried.
EFFECT: invention allows to intensify the process of flax polysaccharides extraction, to improve the product quality, to reduce energy costs, to shorten the process duration, to improve the working conditions in comparison with the known production technology.
