SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drive systems of hybrid vehicles. Starting control device for a hybrid vehicle with an electric motor, an internal combustion engine and a transmission having an EV-switching actuator and an ICE switching of gear stages, contains a start controller from the place instructing the EV-shift actuator to select the EV-shift stage of the transmission during the start-up and perform EV-starting with the use of an electric motor as a source of propulsion. During EV-backing, the controller executes control to the operating position, which prevents the selection of the ICE-shift stage via ICE-shift actuators.

EFFECT: accuracy of choosing the direction of starting from the place is increased.
