FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a substrate in the thickness of which a chamber is formed, an input and output microfluidic channels communicating with the camera, an optical radiation source of the visible range optically coupled through the camera to the first photodetector, a near infrared radiation source, a second photodetector and a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is in the form of a film interference coating of the end of the optical waveguide located in the chamber and equipped with a Y-splitter, one branch of which is connected to a source of near infrared radiation, and the other branch is connected to the second photodetector. In the walls of the chamber, a light-absorbing layer is formed on its inner surfaces.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring the temperature of the analyte in the detection zone.
