FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical sensor systems and can be used to detect reactive oxygen species in biological and other samples, as well as during chemiluminescent immunological analysis with increased sensitivity. The device for chemiluminescent analysis of the content of reactive oxygen species in biological and other samples contains a pump for inserting liquid reagents from containers with chemiluminophore and the samples under study into a microfluidic chip, the output of which is connected by a tube to a drain tank, and a photodetector, while the microfluidic chip and photodetector are placed in a light-tight housing, and the microfluidic chip is made at least two- channel and contains a dielectric substrate with a metasurface of laser-treated metal nanoparticles deposited on it, having localized plasmon resonance in the chemiluminescence spectral band of the chemiluminophore used, and the light-tight housing also includes two linear mutually orthogonally oriented polarizers superimposed on various microfluidic chip channels, located one after the other along the radiation propagation path: a polarization rotator and a third linear radiation polarizer installed directly in front of the photodetector input, coinciding in orientation with one of the linear polarizers superimposed on a microfluidic chip.
EFFECT: coding of chemiluminescent radiation by polarization and an increase in its intensity.
