FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of materials using optical means, and more particularly to devices for determining changes in liquid medium by measuring optical parameters thereof, and can be used in diagnosing pathologies of living organisms, condition of natural objects (water bodies), monitoring of human environment. Device for recording optical parameters of liquid analyte includes a substrate, in the thickness of which a chamber is formed, inlet and outlet microfluid channels communicating with the chamber, optical radiation source of visible frequency range, optically connected through chamber with first photodetector, near infrared radiation source and second photodetector, temperature sensor in form of film interference coating of optical waveguide end located in chamber and equipped with Y-splitter, one branch of which is connected to near infrared radiation source, and the other branch is connected to the second photodetector, and in the walls of the chamber at its inner surfaces a light-absorbing layer is formed, into the device a recording and processing data processing unit is introduced, light deflector located between the camera and the optical radiation source of the visible frequency range, the camera is equipped with a heating and cooling elements located respectively at the lower and upper walls of the camera, wherein the outputs of the first and second photodetectors are connected to the first and second inputs of the measurement data recording and processing unit, respectively, the first and second outputs of which are respectively connected to the refrigerator inlet and the heater input, and the third output of the measurement data recording and processing unit is connected to the input of the light deflector.
EFFECT: design of a device for recording optical parameters of a liquid analyte, which provides high accuracy of determining optical parameters of the liquid medium.
