SUBSTANCE: impressions of the upper and lower jaws are obtained to make plaster models, thermoforming and trimming of the 1st plate, thermoforming and trimming the 2nd plate are performed. The occlusal contacts are defined using the articulator. At that, a blank clamp is prepared on a finished plaster model, from a rigid plate by thermoforming on four or six frontal teeth of the upper jaw, followed by layering of the pyramidal ridge in the blank center to limit teeth clamping at the level of physiological dormancy in the oral cavity. The ridge contact with the lower incisors is corrected. Electroneuromyostimulation with high-frequency and low-frequency pulses is performed until the state of myodynamic equilibrium is reached. Using a tooth clamp, registers of the lower jaw position are obtained for the subsequent manufacture of an individual multi-layered protective mouth guard and an intraoral respiratory training device.

EFFECT: method allows to produce individual dental products for persons with hypertonia or discoordination of the maxillofacial region and neck muscles, using electroneuromyostimulation and determination of the jaws ratio in the position of physiological dormancy.
