FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: vertical adsorber for butane fraction separation contains a cylindrical body with a lid and a bottom. In the lid there is a loading door, a branch pipe for supplying the initial butane mixture with a distribution mesh, an n-butane discharge branch pipe for desorption and a branch pipe for a safety valve, and in the middle part of the body there are beams with supports supporting a grate, on which two layers of stainless steel mesh are laid. The adsorbent bed is located between the two layers of stainless steel mesh and the mesh on which the weights are placed to prevent the adsorbent from being carried away during desorption. A discharge door is located in the body, and a manhole is made in the bottom. A methane fraction supply branch pipe for desorption, and a discharge pipe for adsorption isobutane and cooling exhaust gas and nitrogen are installed on the conical surface of the bottom. An electromagnet is connected to the grate by means of bearings. It creats vibration of the grate. According to the invention, vertical rods of circular cross section are staggered on the grate to transfer vibrations to the adsorbent bed.
