FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for adsorption separation of butane fraction into isobutane and n-butane on adsorbent arranged vertically along height of adsorber. In a vertical adsorbent for separation of butane fraction containing a cylindrical housing with a cover and a bottom, at that, in the cover there is a loading hatch, a branch for supply of initial mixture of butane with a distributing mesh, branch pipe for removal of n-butane during desorption and branch pipe for safety valve, and in middle part of housing there are beams with supports, supporting grate, on which there are two layers of mesh made of stainless steel, wherein adsorbent layer is located between two layers of mesh of stainless steel and mesh, on which there are loads for prevention of adsorbent carryover during desorption, wherein in housing there is unloading hatch, and in the bottom there is a mounting hatch, a methane fraction feed branch pipe during desorption and an isobutane discharge branch pipe in adsorption and spent nitrogen gas during cooling, which is located on the conical bottom surface, according to the invention, adsorber is equipped with generator of irradiation of initial mixture with nanosecond electromagnetic pulses, wherein the irradiation electrodes are metal segments fixed on the inner surface of the feed pipe for feeding the initial mixture, contacting the incoming initial mixture and insulated from the nozzle, and the power of one pulse is not less than 0.5 MW.
EFFECT: technical problem, solution of which is intended, is increased efficiency of separation of butane fraction.
